This interactive workshop introduces two of the most significant findings from a 16-year wellbeing research programme conducted in New Zealand, the Universal Wellbeing Model (UWM) and the Universal Wellbeing Evaluation Tool (UWET).

Both the framework, and Tool are now being applied internationally across education, health, business, and social sectors, supporting organisations and practitioners to move from reactive approaches to measurable, prevention-based systems that enhance wellbeing outcomes.

Recent research has demonstrated the strength of the UWM and UWET in linking wellbeing directly to engagement, performance, and sustainability outcomes for individuals and organisations. Participants from New Zealand, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and other regions are already deepening their understanding through FREEDOM Wellbeing Institute’s professional education programmes.
