This workshop will empower wellbeing professionals to provide professional level culturally (and ethnically) responsive wellbeing services to others.

In this workshop you will be introduced to the highly effective and evidence based ‘Universal Wellbeing Model’ along with effective cultural and ethnic wellbeing support practices.

Also examined during the day will be ways to evaluate the effectiveness of your cultural and ethnic support practices.

Would you like to participate in a facilitated, safe and confidential community of practice?

Join our facilitated interactive online monthly Community of Practice 60 to 90 minute sessions for Pastoral Care and Universal Wellbeing practitioners from July 2024.

Have a chance to discuss your practice, challenges, successes, ethical dilemmas, resources, ideas, boundaries, and your own Universal Wellbeing confidentially with others.

• Communities of practice focus on sharing best practices and creating new knowledge to advance their professional practice, in a safe and confidential space.

• Interactions on an ongoing basis is an important part of an effective CoP as is confidentiality by members.

• Our community will be facilitated by an experienced Universal Wellbeing Facilitator who will co-design sessions with participants.

Investment:

$100 to join one session or $600 for ten sessions in a calendar year.
