Who Should Submit?

This conference is an opportunity for researchers, practitioners, leaders, and educators across all sectors — health, business, education, social services, and policy — to share evidence-based work that drives wellbeing change.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome submissions aligned with the Universal Wellbeing Model (UWM), including its Sensory Inputs, Dimensions, Determinants, or Principles.

Presentation Formats:

  • Keynote Presentations – 35 mins + 10 min Q&A

  • Research Papers – 20 mins + 5 min Q&A

  • Practice Papers – 20 mins + 5 min Q&A

Presentations should:

  • Promote new learning or insights

  • Be engaging and relevant to practice

  • Strengthen wellbeing literacy across sectors

Key Dates & Conditions

Submission Deadline – 4 July 2025 | Notification – 30 July 2025 | Presenter Registration – 8 August 2025 (AEDT)

Important Notes:

  • All presentations must be delivered in person

  • Presenters must register and pay the full conference fee

  • Submissions must follow APA 7th edition referencing

  • Abstracts will be published as received — please proof carefully

  • Format: Arial, clear layout
