About this Workshop
Across the world, schools are facing increasing pressure teacher shortages, funding constraints, rising workloads, and staff burnout.
In New Zealand, these pressures have reached critical levels, prompting sector-wide conversations about staff wellbeing, sustainability, and retention.
This one-day professional development workshop from the FREEDOM Wellbeing Institute equips school staff, leaders and wellbeing teams locally and internationally to move beyond short-term wellbeing activities toward strategies that will measurably improve staff engagement, retention, and performance.
Developed from 16 years of New Zealand research through the Universal Wellbeing Model (UWM), this workshop provides a clear framework, resources and strategies that can be applied in any school context worldwide.
