About the Workshop

This interactive online workshop introduces the new, evidence-based Universal Wellbeing Model and Evaluation Tool, designed to help researchers reframe how wellbeing is understood, measured, and supported across systems and settings.

Built on 16 years of research, the session explores innovative approaches to long-standing challenges in wellbeing research, including:

  • What is wellbeing, really?

  • How is it influenced by context and experience?

  • How can it be effectively measured and sustained over time?

Participants will be supported to rebuild their understanding of wellbeing, enhance their evidence-based research capabilities, and explore how systems thinking and capability development can lead to more inclusive and effective wellbeing outcomes.
