Program Aim

This program introduces and develops understandings of the Universal Wellbeing Model (UWM) and the sensory inputs, dimensions, variables, and principles it is composed of. Material covered supports personal and/or family wellbeing developments, changes, and growth.

Requires the keeping of a Reflective Journal.

 

Program Outcome

Graduates of this public program will be able to develop their personal wellbeing through  the research-based understandings they gain of the Universal Wellbeing Model. This program will also support them to contribute to universal wellbeing outcomes in a diverse range of settings.

 

Program Content

During this program understandings of the Universal wellbeing Model (UWM), sensory inputs, the 6 dimensions, 70 variables that influence universal wellbeing and the 5 principles that support the implementation of the UWM for us, families, or others are examined. You will also have an opportunity to have your own personal universal wellbeing status evaluated.

 

Entry Criteria

Entry to this program is open to those who can demonstrate a strong interest in personal and/or family wellbeing development or support for the wellbeing of others.

All applicants complete and submit an enrollment form and may be interviewed before their place is confirmed in this program.

 

Annual Program Start Dates

Program start dates: February, April, July, and October of each year or as organized.

 

Program Delivery:

This program may be delivered face to face or through interactive online sessions.   

It includes 2 hours a week for 12 weeks or four x 6 hours days

Study all 6 modules and gain the Certificate in Universal Wellbeing

1 Module $200

6 Modules $1,200 for the whole program

    3 hours x 2 weeks

    Weekend format: 1 x 6 hour day

  • Physical Wellbeing Dimension Module

    3 hours x 2 weeks

    Weekend format: 1 x 6 hour day

  • Intellectual Wellbeing Dimension Module

    3 hours x 2 weeks

    Weekend format: 1 x 6 hour day

  • Cultural Wellbeing Dimension Module

    3 hours x 2 weeks

    Weekend format: 1 x 6 hour day

  • Emotional Wellbeing Dimension Module

    3 hours x 2 weeks

    Weekend format: 1 x 6 hour day

  • Spiritual Wellbeing Dimension Module

    3 hours x 2 weeks

    Weekend format: 1 x 6 hour day
