Programme overview
Parenting is rewarding and demanding. Today's families face more pressures and influences than ever before. This programme provides parents and caregivers with practical, research-informed strategies to support children throughout their development.
What you will learn
Recognise and strengthen the determinants of Universal Wellbeing
Apply age-appropriate approaches for infants, children, adolescents and young adults
Develop communication, boundary-setting and resilience-building techniques
Create a safe, nurturing environment that supports each child's potential
Programme structure and delivery
The programme consists of 12 interactive online sessions led by a professionally qualified, experienced parent educator.
Sessions incorporate discussion, real-time practice, reflection and follow-up learning resources.
Optional Universal Wellbeing Evaluation
Parents may choose a Universal Wellbeing Evaluation for themselves or their child. The evaluation identifies strengths and areas requiring support across the dimensions of Universal Wellbeing, providing personalised recommendations.
