Refund and Exchange Policy
At Freedom Wellbeing Institute, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services designed to support your wellbeing journey. Please review our refund and exchange policy below.
Service-Based Purchases
As our offerings consist solely of services, including digital content and online courses, we do not provide refunds or exchanges once a service has been purchased, unless required under New Zealand law. We encourage you to choose carefully before making a purchase to ensure the service meets your needs.
Event Registrations
For events, workshops, and conferences, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to a future event of the same type or to another participant.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible so we can assist with transferring your registration.
Consumer Guarantees Act Compliance
In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we guarantee that our services will be delivered with reasonable care and skill. If a service does not meet these standards and has a significant fault, we will provide a remedy as required by law. Remedies may include repeating the service or providing a refund where appropriate.

Refunds or exchanges are not offered for:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect choice of service
Issues arising from factors outside of our control
