Liz Pennington is a Registered Nurse and health and management consultant with extensive experience in clinical practice, tertiary education, trauma response, and organisational leadership.
Based in the Bay of Plenty, Liz works nationally with individuals, schools, and organisations to deliver Universal Wellbeing Evaluations (UWET) — a confidential, evidence-based framework developed from 16 years of research into prevention and wellbeing systems.
Her practice focuses on helping clients and teams identify their strengths, address areas of risk, and implement wellbeing strategies that create measurable, sustainable change.
As one of the first Accredited Universal Wellbeing Evaluation Facilitators, Liz is part of the College of Professional Wellbeing Practitioners, leading the practical application of universal wellbeing evaluation across diverse sectors.
Professional Background
Liz brings a rare combination of clinical, educational, and executive expertise.
She has served as a lecturer in tertiary education, a trauma responder, and the Chief Executive Officer of a national employee assistance programme.
Her leadership extends to community service — she currently holds roles such as:

Immediate Past President, Crisis Intervention and Management Australasia (CIMA)
Board Trustee, local Kura Board of Trustees
